Notice of Interest in Shares
Keras Resources Plc was notified on 19 May 2022 that First
Uranium Resources Ltd and AxCap Ventures Inc, both Canadian
incorporated entities, now own 10.03% and 7.04% respectively of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Russell Lamming, CEO of Keras, commented,
"With the closing of the GBP1.95m (excluding fees) capital raise
and securing 100% of the high grade organic phosphate Diamond Creek
mine, the Company is excellently positioned to deliver into the
growing organic agricultural sector. This sector is underpinned by
the macro-economic tailwinds of the global fertiliser markets."
