Kazera Global plc ("Kazera Global" or "the Company") the AIM quoted investment company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2021 and Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders.

The Company will be holding the AGM at 11.45am on 12 July 2022, at the offices of Camarco, 3rd Floor, Cannongate House, 62-64 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6AE .
