Further to the announcement made by the Company on 14 July 2014,
The Board of Metro ( AIM : MET.L ) announces that the Company
intends to publish the circular seeking Shareholder approval for
cancellation of admission of its Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM
on Thursday 7 August 2014.
