Ocado Group Directors' Pay Resolution Passed with Low Vote Count

Ocado Group PLC said Wednesday that the resolution to approve
its directors' remuneration policy passed with a low vote count at
its annual general meeting.
The online grocer and retail-technology specialist said the
resolution got the support of 70.73% of its shareholders.
The resolution linked to approving amendments to the Ocado Group
2019 Value Creation Plan got the backing of 71.31% of the
votes.
Shares at 1522 GMT were down 21.00 pence, or 2.2%, at 898.80
pence.
