AGM
Roquefort Therapeutics (LSE:ROQ,
OTCQB: ROQAF), the Main Market listed biotech company focused
on developing first in class medicines in
the high value and high growth immuno-oncology
market, is pleased to announce that at the
Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all
resolutions proposed were duly passed.
The resolutions were put to
shareholders via a poll, the results of which were as
