At the Annual General Meeting held at 2pm today, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed by means of a poll vote and, as published on our website, the votes cast are set out below.

Copies of special resolutions 19 and 20 will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and will be filed at Companies House within 15 days.
