Employee Engagement Non-Executive Director and Board Committee Composition

The Weir Group PLC announces that with effect from 28 April 2023, Dame Nicola Brewer has been appointed Employee Engagement Non-Executive Director, Nicola has also been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
