11. Additional information
On 30 November 2022 Wise plc (the "Company") announced that, on 31
October 2022, the total voting rights in the Company were reduced
due to a cessation of voting rights in respect of 19,034,558 class
B ordinary shares. As a result of this, the Company's CEO Kristo Kaarmann's
voting rights in respect of shareholder decisions increased from 45.2%
to 47.1%.
