On 23 February 2023 Wise plc (the "Company") announced that, on 22
February 2023, the total voting rights in the Company were reduced
due to a cessation of voting rights in respect of 9,517,279 class
B ordinary shares. As a result of this, the Company's CEO Kristo Kaarmann's
voting rights in respect of shareholder decisions increased from 47.1%
to 48.2%.
