The Westbury Property Fund Limited announces that it has simultaneously
exchanged and completed on the acquisition of a multi let business park located
in Peterlee, County Durham, for a cash consideration of approximately #7.1m.



Fern Court comprises 57,775 sq ft of modern office space in four detached
buildings on the Bracken Hill Business Park. The majority tenants are Albany
Medico Legal Limited and Bracken Hill Estates Limited.
