("Wynnstay" or "the Company")
Exercise of Options & PDMR Transaction
Wynnstay, the agricultural and retail group, announces that on
20 October 2022 Gareth Davies, Chief Executive Officer, exercised
options over 6,486 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of GBP3.70 per Ordinary
Share under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme.
Following this transaction, Gareth Davies has a total beneficial
interest in 39,821 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
New Ordinary Shares to satisfy the exercise of these options
will be admitted to trading on AIM under the Company's current
blocklisting authority .
Following the transaction and for the purposes of the Financial
Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total
number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 22,315,503 with each
share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in
treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the
Company at Admission will be 22,315,503.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
