                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting                    

At today's Extraordinary General Meeting the Company proposed a range of
resolutions related to the acquisition of Fresh Interactive Technologies SA, a
fund raising and a share capital reorganisation. All resolutions were duly
passed, including an ordinary resolution to be passed on poll by independent
shareholders, to waive the requirement of Rule 9 of the Takeover Code arising
from the Placing and the Acquisition. Across all of the resolutions, the
Company received in favour approximately 97% of the votes cast.

Due to Companies House being closed today, the change of name to Mirada Plc
will take effect on or about Tuesday 26 February 2008. The new ISIN code
(GB00B29WFV68) will take effect from Tuesday, 26 February 2008. However, the
new EPIC/TIDM of `MIRA' will take effect from Wednesday, 27 February 2008.
