workforce. Part of RSG Group, a global fitness company, Gold's Gym
manages gyms across 50 locations with approximately 1,700
employees. With a vision to automate as much as possible to support
continued growth, Gold's Gym has worked with ADP to centralize and
streamline its HR functions. These efforts have driven efficiency
in payroll and onboarding, helping to accommodate a dynamic
workforce with multiple roles and pay rates. Equipped with insights

Tillys additionally automated to a fully paperless merit and review
process, working to streamline manual processes and find new ways

additionally helped the company adapt during holiday peak seasons
when staffing needs fluctuate according to demand.
Talent at Work Award Winner: Academy Bank
This
award showcases an organization that consistently drives process
advancements and performance throughout the talent journey,
resulting in enhanced efficiencies, optimized resources and a
better experience for candidates and employees. Academy Bank is a
family-owned bank that serves the financial needs of consumers,
businesses and its communities. To support its talent, Academy Bank
worked with ADP to unify its HR processes in one system, which
helped to streamline recruitment and onboarding and more
effectively meet employees' needs. They've additionally leveraged
insights and analytics to reduce overtime and more quickly fill new
