On March 25, 2010, American Medical
Alert Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of
operations for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2009. A copy
of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
As
previously announced, the Company will host a webcast on Thursday, March 25,
2010 to discuss its financial results for the quarter and year ended December
31, 2009. The Company invites investors and others to listen to the
