American Medical Alert Corp. (NASDAQ: AMAC) a provider of healthcare
communication services and advanced telehealth monitoring
technologies, today announced that its Telephony Based
Communication Services (“TBCS”) received a new award to provide
clinical contact management services and brand support under its
PhoneScreen offerings. This is the second contract award from the
same internationally recognized Top 10 pharmaceutical manufacturer.
AMAC’s PhoneScreen is a leader in the field of patient recruitment,
retention and contact center services. The contract is expected to
generate approximately $1.5 million in revenue over its three year
term. Service under the contract is expected to commence on or
around September 2010.
