Rush University Medical Center Selects AMAC as Preferred Vendor for Hospital Based, After Hours Answering Solutions

communication services and advanced telehealth monitoring
technologies, today announced that its Telephony Based
Communication Services division has executed a multiyear agreement
to provide 24/7 hospital based, answering services to Rush
University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. As a preferred vendor,
AMAC will work in concert with Rush to provide all of Rush’s
affiliated medical practices with a comprehensive solution while
benefiting from the efficiencies of centralized reporting, and
metrics to obtain optimum quality of service, and help manage
costs.
