American Medical Alert Corp. a provider of 24/7 healthcare communication services and advanced telehealth monitoring technologies, today announced that its Telephony Based Communication Services division has executed a multiyear agreement to provide 24/7 hospital based, answering services to Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. As a preferred vendor, AMAC will work in concert with Rush to provide all of Rush’s affiliated medical practices with a comprehensive solution while benefiting from the efficiencies of centralized reporting, and metrics to obtain optimum quality of service, and help manage costs.
