Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 5, 2022, Apollo Global Management, Inc. (“Apollo”), the parent company of Apollo Asset Management, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a summary press release and a detailed earnings presentation announcing financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the summary press release and the earnings presentation are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and incorporated herein by reference.
