Bocana Resources Corp. (TSXV: BOCA) (Frankfurt: VC1) (the "Company") has been advised by the TSX Venture Exchange that the previously issued grant of 2,400,000 stock options to directors and officers on May 24, 2024, were issued outside of the proper timeline for the Company’s Stock-Based Compensation Plan to be effective. Therefore, the Company is canceling the previously issued stock options of May 24, 2024, and reissuing them with the same terms as previously issued.

Each stock option entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company for $0.10 on the following terms:
