GB Ginger Beef Corporation

Ginger Beef Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:GB) announces that on
October 25, 2010, the board of directors of the Corporation declared a special
cash dividend of $0.01 per share on its issued and outstanding Common Shares,
which dividend is payable on November 26, 2010 to all shareholders of record on
November 12, 2010. The Common Shares will commence trading on an ex-dividend
basis at the opening of trading on November 9, 2010.
