HE-5 Resources Corp. (Other OTC: HRRN) informs its shareholders that we have received a letter of intent (LOI) pursuant to which a private company intends to purchase one of our software platforms. It constitutes an offer to purchase with a time frame of 3 business days to respond, and is conditional on our board of directors’ due diligence and approval. Consequently, we will immediately set-up a committee with our legal counsel, to evaluate and review the LOI and its implications for our shareholders. Based on their recommendations, the board of HE-5 Resources will disclose its decision. Thereupon we will commence the next round of discussions to negotiate through the financial details.
