Permanent Technology Signs Key Executive with Tier One U.S. Government OEM Leadership Experience as Senior Advisor

Permanent Technologies (PINKSHEETS: PERT) announced that Patrick
Tremblay, a senior executive, with experience in risk management,
finance and strategic consulting has agreed to join the company as
Senior Advisor.

Mr. Tremblay previously held positions at Bombardier, a Tier One
U.S. Government OEM and General Contractor. He also held senior
finance and consulting management positions at Deloitte Consulting,
KPMG, and McGladrey.
