Series 13-2 GBP247,059,000 Class D Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2016 (Common Code: 099230606 ISIN: XS0992306067) (collectively the "Notes") issued by Gracechurch Card Programme Funding PLC

All capitalised terms used in this notice and not defined herein shall have the meanings and constructions ascribed to them in the terms and conditions of the Notes.

The Issuing Entity hereby gives notice of its intention to redeem all of the Notes in full on 15 August 2016 (the "Redemption Date") at their Principal Amount Outstanding together with accrued but unpaid interest up to the Redemption Date, pursuant to Condition 8(e) (Optional Early Redemption in Full on Call Date).
