('Asia Ceramics' or 'the Company')

Operational Update

The Company is pleased to announce that further to the recent setting up of an export division, as described in the interim statements, the Company has received an order from a Hong Kong based company for the delivery of ceramic tiles with a value of approximately $1.1m. The Company has received an up front deposit of 30% of the contract value . The balance is due on delivery of the tiles. The Company expects that the order will be fulfilled within its current financial year ending 31 December 2011.

The Company's wholesale division continues to expand and has now 12 wholesalers and signed up 96 sales points in mainland China.
