    All Points North plc ("the Company")

    Further to the announcement made by the Company on 5 November 2007, the Company has now received final settlement from Norwich Union
Insurance Limited ("Norwich Union") in relation to the insurance claim connected to a fire at the Company's property at 45 Highgate, Kendal
which occurred on 17 July 2005. 

    The final settlement received was �200,000, this takes the total compensation paid by Norwich Union to �319,000. The total compensation
was at the lower end of the amount estimated by the Directors.
