MERGER OF CARDPOINT AND ALPHYRA - ISSUE OF SUPPLEMENTARY ADMISSION DOCUMENT



On 28 September 2007 Cardpoint and alphyra announced that they had agreed the
terms of a Merger of Cardpoint and alphyra. The parent company of the Enlarged
Group will be a newly incorporated company named Payzone plc and will be
headquartered and domiciled in Ireland and listed on AIM.

Payzone and Cardpoint announce that, as indicated in the announcement made on 24
October 2007, the Supplementary Admission Document has been published and is
being posted to Cardpoint Shareholders today. It contains both financial
information on the alphyra Group for the nine months ended 30 September 2007 and
the Cardpoint Preliminary Results Announcement for the financial year ended 30
September 2007, together with unaudited information on anticipated benefits of
the Merger.

Copies of the Supplementary Admission Document, together with the original AIM
Admission Document dated 28 September 2007 and the Scheme Document dated 19
October 2007, are displayed on the Cardpoint website (www.cardpointplc.com) and
are also available for inspection at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, 65 Fleet
Street, London EC4Y 1HS.

Unless the context otherwise requires, terms defined in the announcement dated
28 September 2007 have the same meaning in this announcement.
