At the General Meeting held today to consider the proposed revised approach to 
the Company's business and the cancellation of the admission of the Ordinary 
Shares to trading on AIM, the required resolution was duly passed. 
 
 
Accordingly, admission of the ordinary shares to trading on AIM is expected to 
be cancelled with effect from 7.00 am 29 September 2009.
