Change to Notifiable Holdings

Fluormin plc (AIM : FLOR) was notified today that Macquarie Bank Limited ("Macquarie") yesterday disposed of 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 60 pence per share.

Following the above transaction, Macquarie holds 6,624,128 ordinary shares in the Company representing 11.87 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The transaction follows an approach by the Company to Macquarie on behalf of a new shareholder following an expression of interest by that investor. Macquarie has confirmed that it has no current intention to dispose of additional ordinary shares.
