Director Shareholding

Fluormin Plc (AIM: FLOR) has today been notified that Albert Gourley, co-CEO and director of the Company, has today disposed of his holding of 1,050,002 Fluormin shares, representing 1.87 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, to Brian Kiernan, a non-executive director of the Company, at a price of 30 pence per share.

The sale was made in order to crystallise a market value for the block prior to the end of the UK tax year. Mr. Gourley's children remain interested in the Company to the extent of approximately 2.23 million shares held through Gourley Holdings 2 Inc.

As a result of the transaction, the holdings of Messrs. Gourley and Kiernan are as follows:
