Appointment of Director 
Global MENA Financial Assets Limited ("GMFA"), a closed-ended investment company 
incorporated in Guernsey, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kishore Dash 
to the board of directors as a non-executive director. Mr. Dash will also be a 
member of the Audit Committee of GMFA. The appointment will be effective from 8 
July 2009. 
Mr. Dash has many years of experience in the financial services industry of the 
Middle East. He was Executive Director in the Asset Management Department at 
Gulf Finance House, which he left in March 2009 to form his own investment firm 
in Bahrain along with co-partners. He formerly held senior positions at a number 
of major Middle Eastern Financial Institutions including General Manager of 
Investment Group at Al Rajhi Bank and Division Head at Kuwait and Middle East 
Financial Investment Company. He brings along experience of more than 22 years 
primarily in the financial services in the region. He is an Advanced Management 
(AMP) fellow from Harvard Business School and a Certified Public Accountant 
(CPA) from California Board of Accountancy. He also holds CMA & CFM 
certifications from the United States as well as an MBA in Finance from India.
