Declaration of Special Dividend 
Further to the announcement by Global MENA Financial Assets Limited (the 
Company) on 29 October 2009, the Company is pleased to announce that it will pay 
a special dividend of GBP0.0505136 per share to shareholders on the Company's 
Register at 5pm on 27th November 2009. 
The payment date of the special dividend will be 4th December 2009.
