GLOBAL MENA FINANCIAL ASSETS LIMITED 
Result of EGM 
Global MENA Financial Assets Limited (the Company) is pleased to announce the 
results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, 27 
January 2010 (the EGM). 
Results of EGM 
As set out in the announcement made by the Company on 21 December 2009, the 
purpose of the EGM was to approve, by way of special resolution (the 
Resolution), the cancellation of admission of the Company's shares to the 
official list of the United Kingdom Financial Services Authority and their 
trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities (the 
Delisting) and conditional on the Delisting, the amendments to the Company's 
articles of incorporation 
 
 
The Company is pleased to announce that the Resolution, as set out in the Notice 
of EGM circulated to shareholders on 21 December 2009, was duly passed on a 
poll.
