                    RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING





At the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of GVM Metal Limited held today,
all resolutions were duly passed.



Further to the announcement on 10 April 2007 and passing of the resolutions at
today's EGM, application has been made for 45,686,274 new Ordinary Shares
arising from various placings to be admitted to trading on AIM.  Dealings are
expected to commence on 17 May 2007.  Following the admission of these shares,
the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 139,245,602.
