All items in the above statement derive from continuing operations and are 
attributable to the parent company. 
 
 
Due to a change in the Company's year end the results for 2009 for the Group 
represent the 15 month period from 1 May 2008 to 31 July 2009 for the Company 
and the results of the subsidiaries from the 11 November 2008, the date at which 
all companies forming the Group came under common control to 31 July 2008. The 
results for 2008 represent the 13 month period from 2 April 2007 (the date of 
incorporation) to 30 April 2008.
