                            RESULT OF COURT MEETING 
 
The Company announces that at the court meeting held on 18th August no 
objections were raised and therefore the Company has proceeded with its capital 
reduction to reduce the nominal value of its shares from 10 pence each to 2 
pence each and the cancellation of its share premium account which has become 
effective from today.
