Further trading update

Suspension of shares

Real Office Group plc announces that, at the request of the Company, trading of its shares on AIM has been temporarily suspended from 12.30 on 14 April 2011 pending clarification of its financial position.

On 25 March 2011 the Board announced that it was reviewing a number of funding and strategic options arising from a requirement to raise additional working capital to meet costs over the next few months. The Board has been and continues to explore options to provide new sources of ongoing funding or other strategic solutions although to date, no solution has been identified.

The funding shortfall is such that without a resolution, the ongoing viability of the Company is uncertain and accordingly, the Board has today requested that its shares be suspended from trading on AIM.

The Board will continue to keep shareholders informed.
