Cancellation of Trading on AIM

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 28 September 2011, the board confirms that, pursuant to AIM Rule 41, the Company's shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM at 7:00 a.m. on Monday 17 October 2011. The Board regrets the loss of the listing but continues to focus on bringing an orderly resolution to the affairs of the Company, including the disposal of its remaining investment in Pacific Interiors India Private Ltd, before considering future opportunities. Further announcements will be made to shareholders via the Company's website www.realofficegroup.com.
