("Shanghai Ctrip Charming") has entered into an agreement with Hong Kong Disneyland to distribute Hong Kong Disneyland's hotel rooms and tickets in mainland China. Hong Kong Disneyland is the first Disney theme park in China, which is scheduled to open on September 12, 2005. Ctrip, through Shanghai Ctrip Charming, will enjoy certain guaranteed inventory of rooms in the luxurious Victorian-style Hong Kong Disneyland hotel and the Tinseltown-inspired Disney's Hollywood Hotel, as well as theme park tickets from Hong Kong Disneyland and in turn offer them to Ctrip's customers in mainland China.
