Imagistics International Inc. (NYSE: IGI) a direct sales and service imaging solutions company, announced that it has acquired the office solutions business of Rentokil Initial in the UK. Rentokil Office Solutions is based at two locations in London and Birmingham, UK, has 50 employees with annual revenues of approximately GBP 3,000,000, providing small and large businesses with copiers, facsimiles and multifunctional products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. This is Imagistics' first acquisition in the UK and represents the latest stage in the implementation of its UK growth strategy.
