Imagistics International Inc. (NYSE: IGI) a direct sales and service imaging solutions company, announced that it has acquired the UK document solutions supplier BEC Digital Limited. BEC, based in Liverpool, UK, with annual revenue in excess of GBP 3,000,000, provides small and large businesses with copiers, facsimiles and multifunctional products ("MFPs"). Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. This is the second strategic acquisition in the implementation of the company's UK growth strategy.
