United Parcel Service Names Lindsay-Walker as Chief Sustainability Officer

United Parcel Service Inc. (UPS) on Thursday said it named
Suzanne Lindsay-Walker chief sustainability officer and vice
president of environmental affairs.
The Atlanta package-delivery giant said Ms. Lindsay-Walker, who
was most recently director of sustainability at Brambles USA Inc.,
succeeds Tamara Barker, who recently retired.
UPS said Ms. Lindsay-Walker will be responsible for policies and
programs to ensure compliance with environmental laws and
regulations, as well as overseeing the company's efforts to reduce
the use of carbon-based fuels.
