second quarter 2023 financial results prior to market open on
Thursday, August 10, 2023. MFC's
financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for
the three-month period ended June 30,
2023 will be filed on SEDAR at www.sedar.com following the
release, and will also be available on the same day on MFC's
website at www.medicalfacilitiescorp.ca. Management will host an
earnings conference call to review the financial results at
8:30 a.m. ET the same morning.

have been closed at Eastwind Surgical, LLC. Clinical operations
were also closed at Riverview Ambulatory Surgical Centre, LLC,
during the second quarter. Each of these entities is in the process
of being wound down. On July 1,
2023, the Corporation sold all of its controlling interest
in City Place Surgery Center, together with its non-controlling
interest in St. Luke's Surgery Center of Chesterfield, LLC.
