Glacier Announces Amendment to Credit Facility

Glacier Media Inc. ("Glacier" or the "Company") (TSX:GVC) announces that it has
completed the amendment to its senior credit facility with its lenders (three
major Canadian chartered banks). The facility has been restructured from a
revolver and line of credit into a single revolving loan facility with increased
borrowing capacity. The restructured credit facility will mature on December 31,
2010 and enhances the Company's overall financial flexibility.


Shares in Glacier can be traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol GVC.
