Himalayan Capital Corp. ("Himalayan") (TSX VENTURE:HIM) is pleased to announce
that, further to its news release dated January 12, 2012, the TSX Venture
Exchange (the "TSXV") has granted final acceptance and issued its Final Exchange
Bulletin on January 17, 2012 for the Company's acquisition of the issued and
outstanding registered securities of Minera Azul Ventures Limitada ("Minera
Azul") (the "Qualifying Transaction").


Himalayan's common shares will be reinstated for trading on the TSXV effective
January 18, 2012, under the symbol "HIM".
