TORONTO, Oct. 7, 2011 /CNW/ - James Estill announced, pursuant to a rights offering made by Telehop Communications Inc. , that he has acquired ownership and control of an additional 2,840,921 common shares of Telehop Communications Inc. Combined with the Telehop common shares previously owned and controlled, James Estill now owns a total of 5,185,421 common shares, representing approximately 30.8% of the total issued common shares of Telehop. James Estill acquired the securities of Telehop for investment purposes. He will continue to review its investment alternatives and may acquire additional common shares, or may, subject to market conditions, applicable securities laws and other relevant factors, sell common shares in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions to one or more persons.
