("Telehop" or the "Company"), announces effective March 21, 2012, the Board of Directors has granted Mr. Lawrence Cyna incentive options to acquire up to 223,875 common shares of the Company for a period of five years, where each stock option represents the right to purchase one (1) common share of the Company, to be exercisable at $0.10 per share.  Mr. Cyna is currently the Chairman of the Board of Telehop.
