Legend Gold Corp.: Company Receives Requisite Shareholder Consent to Creation of New Control Person

Legend Gold Corp. (the "Company" or "Legend Gold") (TSX VENTURE:LGN) is pleased
to announce that it has received the written consent from greater than 50% of
the Company's shareholders in support of the resolution notifying shareholders
that certain affiliates of Sprott Inc. ("Sprott") will become a control person,
as defined in Policy 4.1 - Private Placements of the TSX Venture Exchange
Corporate Finance Manual, upon the completion of a proposed investment in a
non-brokered private placement by Sprott, as announced on June 27, 2013.
