America's Suppliers, Inc. (OTCBB: AASL) (formerly Insignia Solutions, Inc.), a leading Internet supplier of general merchandise to small and medium-sized businesses and not-for-profit organizations, today made four important announcements:

1. It redomiciled from being a UK company to becoming a US company.

2. It started trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol AASL (it was trading as "INSGY" on the Pink Sheets prior to redomicile).

3. It completed its name change from Insignia Solutions, Inc. to America's Suppliers, Inc.

4. It announced a new initiative to expand its business to sell to consumers (previously it sold only at wholesale).

"We are highly optimistic that our new consumer initiative will expand our business dramatically," Peter Engel, the Company's CEO, explained. "Our wholesale business has been expanding steadily," he added. "This new initiative should move that growth into high gear."

"We are pleased to be trading on the Bulletin Board," said Michael Moore, CFO. "We expect that the active trading of our stock will now provide shareholders with increased liquidity, as well as allowing new investors to acquire an equity interest in our company."

"Today's announcement represents a key milestone in the progression of our company," added Marc Joseph, COO. "We expect great progress to be made during the year 2010."

About the Company:

America's Suppliers is the corporate parent for Dollar Days International, Inc. DollarDays is the premiere online wholesaler and closeout company that helps small businesses compete against larger enterprises by offering more than 50,000 high-quality goods at prices close to those at which large chains purchase. Minimum order is only a case of any product, giving small businesses the opportunity to quickly turn merchandise rather than having cash tied up in inventory. A support system for entrepreneurs, DollarDays International, helps small stores to compete with big chains on both selection and price. At www.dollardays.com, small business owners can order their goods -- ranging from decorative items and clothing to personal care products and greeting cards -- as well as employ various proprietary technologies to instantly create seasonal departments and marketing materials.
