Keppel, Shell Form Singapore Joint Venture for Ship Refueling

SINGAPORE--Keppel Corp. Ltd. (BN4.SG) Thursday said it formed a
joint venture with Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA) to establish a
liquefied natural gas bunkering business in Singapore.
The joint venture between Keppel's unit KS Investments Pte. Ltd.
and Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte.) Ltd. will supply LNG fuel to
ships and other marine vessels in Singapore, Keppel said in a
regulatory filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The statement didn't provide any financial details.
