NEW YORK, Oct. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's PLUS based on the
Nikkei 225 Index. Priced at $10 with an initial offer size of 1.3
million shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol NKP and
has a maturation date of April 30, 2008. The notes are issued by
