Compulsory Partial Redemption of Shares and Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement on 23 May 2024, the Company announces that it has compulsorily redeemed 24,779,135 ordinary shares ("Shares") at a rate of €0.9282 per Share on 10 June 2024 for cancellation.

On this basis, a holder of 10,000 Shares has had 559 Shares redeemed and will receive €518.86 in cash. A total of 5.5968% of the Company's issued share capital has been redeemed.

The new ISIN number JE00BSMSML25 in respect of the Shares that have not been redeemed has been enabled with effect from today.

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, following the Compulsory Partial Redemption of Shares, the Company notifies that the Company's issued share capital consists of 417,959,768 Shares of no par value.

Each Share carries the right to 1 vote, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 417,959,768 The Company holds no Shares in treasury. The above figure (417,959,768) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

It is expected that the proceeds of the redemption will be paid through CREST to holders of Shares in uncertificated form, and paid by cheque to holders of Shares in certificated form, by 24 June 2024. Holders of Shares in certificated form and electing to receive payment in GBP will be paid in the week commencing 24 June 2024.
